I understand that the bids listed below will be executed as a convenience, and that Hudson Valley Auctioneers LLC will not be held responsible for any errors or failure to execute bids.

I agree to comply with all Personal Property Terms & Conditions as stated on the Hudson Valley Auctioneers LLC website, in catalogue, and posted in the auction gallery, I authorize HVA to exercise this Absentee Bid Form on my behalf.

A 25% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the top bid to become part of the purchase price, I am responsible for the purchase price, as well as all applicable local and/or state taxes, unless I have filled out and signed a resale exemption form with Hudson Valley Auctioneers LLC.

All bids received by email need to be confirmed by phone, please call the gallery at 845 831 6800, please note that due to logistical reasons bids forms received by email after 4pm on auction day will not be executed.
